Registration Form & Stay Agreement

How booking works at the Meerschweinchenhotel De La Lune:

Step 1: Confirm the dates

Please contact us in advance via WhatsApp (or email) to check if we have free capacity for your pets during the requested period.

Step 2: Complete the registration

Once we have confirmed the stay together, we will need the specific details about your animals and your desired care services. You can choose from the following options:

  • Easiest (Online): Fill out the web form below and click “Submit”. We will receive all data automatically.
  • Via PDF (for printing): Download our registration form (PDF), print it out, and send us a photo or scan of the completed form via WhatsApp or email.
  • On site: You can also complete the form on site when dropping off your guinea pigs.
